I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $188,400 on average. Median household income is $53,071, which feels on the lower side for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
