Worst things about Sun City nobody talks about
Hey folks, I'm a 22-year-old contractor and It's a a smaller city city with about 38,018 people. Homes are going for about $259,800 on average. With a population of 38,018, Sun City is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $52,111 in Sun City. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
Pros:
- Good job market
- Friendly people
- Growing food scene
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure
Cons:
- Not very walkable
- Lack of diversity
- Boring for young people
Any help is appreciated. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
