Best coffee shops in Sun City Center?

Hey everyone, Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 0.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Sun City Center sits at 582.4 per 100K. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Let me know your thoughts. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. No regrets on my end..

I'm a social worker and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is decent and there's always something going on.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Meadowbrook. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in tech. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally solid. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: average. Tons of options if you like sushi.

Hope this helps!.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..
