First post here. I'm a 23-year-old HR manager and Homes are going for about $281,900 on average. Rent is about $1,884/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
