Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $1,658 for rent here. Homes are going for about $350,500 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want housing market, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
