Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 6 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Sun City West sits at 168.1 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 0.5%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
