Curious what people think. We have two kids and Crime rate is something to consider -Sun Lakes sits at 184.7 per 100K. The median home value here is around $425,500, which is pretty steep. It's a a small town city with about 14,079 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.
