I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $339,800, which seems about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
