Curious what people think. My partner and I are Median household income is $70,887, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $210,600, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Sun Valley? Thanks in advance! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
