Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 11,009, Sun Village is a small town. The median home value here is around $348,100, which seems about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
