Commute times in Sun Village -how bad?

Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 11,009, Sun Village is a small town. The median home value here is around $348,100, which seems about average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Old Town for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Tampa, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Decent public transit for the size
- The nightlife scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Dating scene is rough

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. No regrets on my end..
