Hey, We're a young couple and Median household income is $68,284, which feels about average for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Sun Village sits at 530.9 per 100K. Rent is about $1,650/month for a decent place. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.
