Crime rate is something to consider -Suncook sits at 181.4 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 5,075 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation? Appreciate any input. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
