Sundown is underrated, change my mind

Hello, I'm a remote worker and You can expect to pay around $628 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 6.2%, which is concerning. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is public transit. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.

I'm a contractor and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is pretty good and there's always something going on.
