Planning a move to Sunland Park -neighborhoods?

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $194,900 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 1 years ago from Atlanta and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Lakewood. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in hospitality. If you're in engineering you might struggle.

People: Generally decent. It took about 9 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: tough. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..
