Random thought, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $52,147, which feels on the lower side for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
