Job hunting in Sunny Isles Beach -tips?

First post here. I'm a college student here and Median household income is $59,124, which feels about average for the area. The median home value here is around $489,700, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,002 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Asian places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
