Just moved to Sunnyside, any tips?

Hey everyone, Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,530/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 10 years and it was the best decision I ever made. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the school system is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Would recommend to anyone considering it..

We moved here with our family and it's not perfect but it works for me. Schools in Highland area are decent. Kids love it here.
