Remote worker thinking about Sunnyside
Hey everyone, Crime rate is something to consider -Sunnyside sits at 142.5 per 100K. Am I overthinking this?

I've lived in Downtown for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Pittsburgh, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- The dating scene scene is improving
The downsides:
- Can feel isolated
- Homeless population growing downtown
