Random thought, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a mid-size city city with about 153K people. The median home value here is around $1,816,600, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development.
