Hey everyone, Just moved here 7 months ago and You can expect to pay around $3,065 for rent here. With a population of 153K, Sunnyvale is a mid-size city. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
