Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a social worker who relocated here from Charlotte about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and a fresh start.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Active local events and festivals
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it better than expected compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are competitive, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Weather-wise, the summers are better than expected and winters are reasonable. You get used to it after the first year.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Seattle about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Lots of new development happening
- Strong sense of community

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Limited shopping options

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are manageable, gas is excellent.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
