Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. Median household income is $72,107, which feels about average for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
