Hey everyone, I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,999/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $328,700 on average. With a population of 96,633, Sunrise is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $328,700, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
