Job market in Sunrise — what industries are hiring?

I'm in finance and considering a move to Sunrise, FL. How's the job market there? The unemployment rate shows 4.0% which seems average. But what does it actually look like on the ground?

Is it easy to network and find opportunities?

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

Check out the Westside area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

If you can afford it, Old Town is the best place to live. Period.

My kids love it here. So many parks and activities. Great value for the money.
