Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Memphis and Crime rate is something to consider -Sunrise sits at 197.1 per 100K. Poverty rate is 8.3%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
