Crime rate is something to consider — Sunrise Manor sits at 776.7 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
