Housing market in Sunrise Manor — is it worth buying?
Median home value here is around $290,900. Prices are reasonable compared to major metros. For those renting, typical rent is $1284.
Is now a good time to buy in Sunrise Manor? Or better to keep renting?

Don't sleep on Cedar Hills. It's up and coming and still affordable.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Cedar Hills. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.
