Is Sunrise Manor good for remote workers?

Longtime lurker here, The median home value here is around $290,900, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 69°F, so the weather is moderate. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

My experience has been mostly positive. I love the pace of life here. The only thing I'd watch out for is housing market. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I've lived in Highland for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I have mixed feelings honestly. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- The weather scene is solid

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Nightlife is limited

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
