What Sunrise Manor does better than anywhere else

Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,284 for rent here. It's a a mid-size city city with about 199K people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Appreciate any input. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Public transit is pretty good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

Moved here from Tampa about 4 years ago. it exceeded my expectations. Still getting used to school system but Good luck with whatever you decide..
