Working in Sunrise Manor — salaries realistic?

Been meaning to ask this. Been living here since 2022. The unemployment rate is 5.5%, which is about average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Definitely worth checking out..

The food scene here is better than expected. Tons of great farm-to-table places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
