Things Sunset Beach needs to improve
So, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $541 for rent here. With a population of 4,326, Sunset Beach is a small town. Median household income is $84,934, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $541/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What would you do? The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
