Moving from Raleigh to Sunset next month

Hey folks, I work in construction and With a population of 13,652, Sunset is a small town. Rent is about $1,894/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thanks in advance!

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.
