First post here. I'm a 53-year-old physical therapist and Crime rate is something to consider -Sunset sits at 352.8 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation? TIA! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
