With a population of 13,652, Sunset is a small town. Poverty rate is 8.9%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 77--F, so it's warm year-round. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
