Internet providers in Superior?

Random thought, I'm a college student here and With a population of 13,136, Superior is a small town. The median home value here is around $795,500, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 13 years ago from San Diego and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Lakewood. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in tech. If you're in healthcare you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like farm-to-table.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is hit or miss here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I love the pace of life here.
