Best neighborhoods to rent in Suárez comunidad?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 30s, and Crime rate is something to consider -Su--rez comunidad sits at 2,771.8 per 100K. Household incomes average around $17,750 in Su--rez comunidad. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. Good luck with whatever you decide..
