Hello, My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 5,566 people. The median home value here is around $736,800, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
