Best areas to explore in Surprise?

With a population of 150K, Surprise is a mid-size city. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is weather. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
