Healthcare options in Surprise?

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 14 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider — Surprise sits at 97.9 per 100K. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation?

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Sunset area are underrated. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Denver and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Greenfield. It's better than expected for what you get.

Jobs: The market is growing right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in construction you might struggle.

People: Generally tough. It took about 3 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Indian.

Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 7 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Feel free to reach out with questions..

Hot take but it's exactly what I was looking for. I know a lot of people disagree but after 2 years here, that's my honest assessment.
