Living in Surprise — the reality

So, I'm a remote worker and Crime rate is something to consider — Surprise sits at 97.9 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,917 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Should I be concerned? The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. the quality of life is solid.

Moved here from Dallas about 2 years ago. the quality of life is solid. Still getting used to weather but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

I'm a accountant and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
