Studio apartments in Surprise — options?

Been meaning to ask this. Median household income is $93,371, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $1,917/month for a decent place. It's a a mid-size city city with about 150K people. Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.
