Hey everyone, I've been here for 17 years and Homes are going for about $234,000 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $57,607 in Susanville. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
