First post here. Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $42,614 in Susitna North. Rent is about $862/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
