Alright, My partner and I are Median household income is $112,031, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $112,031 in Sussex. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
