First post here. Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $112,031 in Sussex. Rent is about $1,231/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Sussex sits at 22.2 per 100K. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
