Been meaning to ask this. The median home value here is around $439,700, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
