Not sure if this has been asked before, but I've been here for 2 years and Rent is about $1,826/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $439,700, which is pretty steep. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Denver about 9 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and cost of living.
Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Strong job market in several industries
- Good airport with direct flights
Cons that are real:
- Property taxes are high
- Limited entertainment options
Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are wild, gas is surprisingly good.
Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Hope this helps!.
