Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 5 years and Median household income is $45,621, which feels on the lower side for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.
