Thinking about relocating to Swarthmore from Miami

I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $146,992, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
