Working in Sweeny -salaries realistic?

First post here. I work in consulting and The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,238/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent year...
